Maastricht
Hooray, we finally reached the end of the travelling March posts! (after 2 months, pretty good for a lazy blogger like me, huh?) Anyway our last stop was Maastricht, very close to Hasselt by bus and had an airport with flights to London. I am not going to talk about said airport, apart from saying that it shouldn't even be called an airport, or things will get dirty here. After spending a week in Belgium, Maastricht was actually a breath of fresh air. Yes, the language may be the same as in Flanders, and there are a lot of bikes. But even I, who could not get a word of Dutch, could tell the difference of accents. The culture is quite different and, what I found...
