Ok, so this time of year as a teacher isn't very fun. At all. The kids begin to get a little stir crazy for summer and it makes me will, a little crazy myself. I seriously don't know what I would do if I taught in a year round school, I seriously think the kids, and I, need a break. That being said, some of my lovelies are getting lazy and apathetic. This makes me sad. I haven't had this issue before this year, so I don't know what the deal is with this group. Anyway, I was having a "day" on Friday and then there was a glimmer of hope. I had a student look at the board to write down the agenda and she said, "Yay, we GET to do that activity today." It's amazing...
