A few weeks ago, we still had snow. Yesterday, I wore this strapless dress without the jacket for most of the day, dined on a patio & got a sunburn. Seriously. And I am not complaining one bit! This dress doesn't get nearly enough wear, but I have a hard time figuring out just what it's appropriate for. It's equal parts...
