Back in shape

I'm not quite back to reality yet... still in my hometown 'til this Thursday. However, I already have a few good plans for this year; but the first thing is to get back in shape. And don't we all want the same? with all the eating on Christmas dinners and all the parties and events, we gain weight so fast! So it's important to take care of our bodies on the first days of January, otherwise it gets much harder if we wait. I'm starting today by eating healthier again, simply by cutting down carbs, no junk food, no sodas, no sugars, and eating fruits and lots of veggies, and most importantly, drinking plenty of water.
