Adding some frill

the brands… necklace: Macy’s. top: Francesca’s. shoes: Chinese Laundry.   I continue to adore this little print top and typically wear it very simply – no jewelry or frill – because I just like the top to be the outfit focal point…, BUT this time around I did add a statement necklace, and I really liked it!  I guess it works both ways!
