Scalloped hems again

I typically have mixed feelings about pairing heels with shorts. In my mind, if you are going to do a heel, it should be along the lines of a chunky sandal or a wedge, maybe a bootie, but never a stiletto. Perhaps it is because these shorts are a loose fitting chiffon, perhaps it is because the pumps are peep-toe, or perhaps it is just that I like to break my own rules, I'm wearing pumps with shorts.
