I'd like to be under the sea, in an octopus's garden in the shade

(Dress: C/O Jarlo , Hat: American Apparel) It's very rarely you'll see me in a maxi dress I feel fully comfortable in. Put it this way- my legs aren't quite Campbell length, I can't rock one like Jolie, and without heels I could easily be mistaken for someone, let's say, a bit younger than me. So when I wear a maxi, the need for heels, height and an increase in confidence is often necessary. But alas- this dress seems to be the answer to my little-legged prayers.
