Rocky Road No Bake Cheesecake
If you remember reading t his post about my NYE resolutions, you'll see that I had "learn to bake" as one of the ten things I wanted to do better in 2013. Reading the list a few moments ago made me realize the year is over half way and I still have some work to do! Now, this recipe isn't really "baking" per say, but it's a start just like my food photography (bare with me, our black counter tops do not help). This was pretty delicious, so Im starting the month off with this simple little no bake dessert.
I used this recipe and made a few changes of my own.
