I'm a little obsessed with cobalt blue. I mean, it's the perfect bright color that's fun yet still office appropriate. I was trying to figure out a different way to wear this striped skirt this morning so I figured why not try out a new color combination -- cobalt and mustard. Cause honestly when does anything not look good with cobalt. This top is technically peplum, but I decided to forego the ruffles today and tuck it in for a more streamlined look.
