Anthropologie Tied Down Dress & Rippled Ribbons Belt // Old Navy Top // H&M Cardigan // Nine West BootsI'm beginning to like this dress for it's turn-it-into-a-skirt qualities. I don't think I would necessarily wear it as a dress by itself. I like the fact that it gives my outfits a brighter quality.
