Sonoma Cheese Trail

Over the course of our trip to Sonoma County, my mom and I visited 4 creameries, 1 cheese shop, a random farm in the middle of nowhere, a delish Chinese restaurant, a tour of a big ol' dairy farm, and some tasty clam chowder right on the
bay! We had such a nice, relaxing trip, full of laughs, beautiful
scenery, and... LOTS OF CHEESE!
