BCBG // NYFW SS14
At the BCBG Maxazria spring/summer 2014 show, it was all about the striking details. Absolutely edgy, but still completely feminine and refined (which is what the BCBG girl is at the core). Classic shapes updated with interesting cutouts on the side or the upper back, floral embroidered applique all over the front of a sheer boxy crop top, structured shoulders fit for a knight in shining armor. What I loved most were the powdery tones that were scattered throughout the show. A baby blue bustier-style bodysuit with extreme side cutouts? Yes, please. BCBG is always one of my favorites.
