cherry blossom expo date
The one upside to working completely opposite schedules (and also working multiple jobs, so I seem to be busy even when I'm not at my 9-5) is that its super exciting when you finally get a full day off together! The stars aligned in just that fashion for me and Reid on April 6th. He took the night off so that we could go to our friend's (Cobey and Carolyn) engagement party in DC.
I started my day off with a 5.5 mile run with the girls, then got all gussied up to head to the expo with Reid. He was so sweet to come with me. Expos might be my favorite thing about big races, but I know that not everyone gets as excited about discount running stuff as I do!...
