The Checked Skirt
Pictures by Inès Monnet Have you noticed the number of checked print clothes hitting the stores these days? It is a timeless pattern making a comeback, yet again. But this season designers have redefined the checked print. The skirt from Zara is assuredly preppy. However, rather than going into a full waspy style, je l'ai porté à ma sauce (I wore it my way). I wore a black camisole top with my massive chain necklace - almost a total Zara look except for my other accessories. I wanted to carry a black handbag or shoulder bag until I noticed I actually didn't have one! How could one miss out on a such a basic...
