Get Off Your Phone Social media is a collection of people's cute moments. Not their lives. It shouldn't be yours. Take a day off of it. Live your life. Make memories so good that you don't feel the need to capture them on your phone. There are people around you waiting on a chance to talk to you, undivided attention. Put the phone down. It is not life or death to answer every text. You don't know when the last moment you'll have with someone is, and you'd feel like a real ass if you spent it half on your phone/half listening to them. Putting down your phone gives you a chance to think. Be professional and productive. They don't pay you at work to answer texts, so...
