Xhilaration Cutout Dress (worn as skirt), Top-Forever 21 (similar Forever 21 Striped Tee ), Jacket-Target (similar JCPenney Faux Leather Jacket ), Necklace-Forever 21, Booties-c/o Andres Machado (similar Heeled Ankle Booties ) I decided to wear my Target Burgundy Dress as a skirt, since it's getting too chilly for the cut out.
