Visible Monday #39: Black and Blue and Springy Green
Welcome to Visible Monday #39! If you want to participate, it's so easy: just go to the bottom of this post for the simple how-to.It is really Spring now and bright colors will be seen everywhere! For today's look, I chose a fairly somber base of black and blue and splashed it up with a bright green silk top and vintage scarf-as-belt.Boots are still in rotation, but this full skirt looks good with ballet flats, and they allow for a scrap of skin to show.
