White Vest
I AM WEARING VEST , TOP , HM SKIRT AND NECKLACE, KENNETH COLE BAG, FOREVER21 SHOES I am telling you it's a perfect summer vest. And since it's scorching hot here in Florida most of the year, I feel like I am going to be wearing it a lot. I think it looks great with a crop top mini skirt combination, breaking up the all black ensemble. I also like how the chains on the skirt mimic the chains on the vest.
