We got a huge snow storm yesterday and with a huge snow storm, there's no way I'm going anywhere. So, I gave myself a "snow day". Meaning, I stayed in, took a nap, power cleaned my entire apartment, baked sea salt chocolate chip cookies, and made imitation baked Stouffer's mac and cheese. Stouffer's mac and cheese is a total guilty pleasure of mine because it's so creamy and delicious. Though the cost adds up for processed frozen food. Luckily, Google exists and I'm about to indulge in a home cooked copy cat version. I'm not mad about it, you know? Plus my neighbor and landlord plowed our driveway twice.
