Outfit | NYE Cocktail Dress
Do you have your New Year's Eve dress or outfit picked out yet? Are you going with a short cocktail dress or a long evening gown; I guess that is dependent on the type of event your going to right? I haven't ever really gotten dressed up to ring in the New Year, and would love to rock a glamorous gown, but I would need a special soiree to wear it to!
