Striped Dress and Belted Cardigan

I wear my other striped dress so much I knew another one would get lots of use. The colors were nice and bright, length looked good, and it was striped! But it was $30. I just couldn't bring myself to pay that much for a thrifted dress. Until I got some referral credits! Hallelujah! So for $5 I added it to my closet.
