Neon
My hair has some explaining to do. I struggle to grow it out for two years and now I cut it and it grows like an inch in the last three weeks. Someone explain that to me, please. Yes, this skirt is practically neon. Like I could walk down the street at night and light up the sidewalk it's that bright. But in the best way possible.
