The African Queen
As someone typically obsessed with Old World fancies, you might be surprised by how fascinated I am by the continent of Africa. Only until recently has this part of the world been on my bucket list of travel destinations. In terms of aesthetic cultural inspiration, I've typically veered towards European or Middle Eastern influences. What really intrigues me about Africa is the vast amount of open space lacking in Western civilization (or in many cases, no civilization at all.)
