If you remember this post { here } in January, then you probably know how early I planned all this out. I bought this skirt at Francesca's nearly a month ago and I've been waiting to wear it especially for my birthday. I've ranted about finding the perfect tulle skirt for quite a while now, but even though the tulle isn't how I expected it to be, it's still perfect and I couldn't be any happier.
