My girls trip away to Pender Island this past weekend could not have been more perfect. Since this was my last "West Coast weekend," I'd like to think Mother Nature conspired to put on a great show for me: the sun was out, seals were playing, there was this consistent light breeze and most surprisingly of all: it was actually warm enough to suntan.
