Cobalt blue blouse, purple tights and a lovely spring weather again

Another spring day today, it was really lovely (not so much now as it's raining), and I had a chance to wear my new skirt I got from a second hand shop some time ago. Very silky and thin, still black but perfect for a spring day. I also wore my fav sparkling cardigan from Primark and purple tights. My hair is now brown, but I must say I am not impressed, it meant to look darker, much darker, but not black, but there will be always next month to fix it, righ ;)
