Venice Beach, California
On our first day in Los Angeles we visited a few places that we have been dying to see such as Venice Beach and Santa Monica . Venice Beach is beautifully Californian, full of palm trees and is the perfect place to spend the day in, go for a bike ride or have an ice cream. Santa Monica is great for shopping or grabbing a bite, we actually took the opportunity to go for lunch at a mexican restaurant that we went to and loved in NY (will let you know the name as soon as I remember, it’s part of a chain but it is really cool). I wore my favourite skirt, which took me ages to customise with a pair of scissors and sanding paper, a printed top and Senso sandals....
