Estay

Today I want to recommend you one of my favorite restaurants in Madrid. It’s called “Estay” , it’s located at 46 Hermosilla St, in Barrio de Salamanca (very close to Velázquez and Serrano ) Their specialty is the "kitchen in miniature" . The menu offers cold and hot tapas , portion plates and haute cuisine in miniature. Personally, I do love the squid and shrimp salad, it’s delicious ! Stuffed eggplant, goat cheese and caramelized onions, peppers and onions with anchovies ... But leave room for the dessert ... my favorite ones are : the trio of chocolates, and the millefeuille of red fruits with violet ice cream ! So far I loved...
