In springtime we wear dresses
This is what I wore yesterday for Mother's Day. I have eight previous days of outfits to blog, but these photos couldn't wait. My beloved cherry blossom trees have finally burst into life, which meant taking outfit photos at my favorite spot, and I needed to wear something 'worthy' of them. I mixed and matched no fewer than a dozen pieces trying to come up with the perfect outfit for the cherry blossoms, until I decided on a dress. I love separates and the endless possibilities they hold, but at my heart, I am a dress girl. They work the best with my figure, aren't nearly as fussy, and wearing them always makes me feel good.
