Is it the warm weather, is it the blooming flowers, is it the longer days... well, I would say yes to all of those things but the best part about spring is discounted winter coats!! YES YES YES! Spring causes retailers to clean out their winter stock pile and make room for their summer dresses. Take this beauty I found at TJ Maxx as a prime example. In its hay day (winter) the price was 120$ and now that maxis and tanks have filled the racks, this little number was only 40$! Only $40!...
