A couple weeks back, my sister and I had our Best Day Ever at Mall of America here in Minneapolis! True to its name, this is America's biggest and best mall since opening in 1992. I love having such a prime shopping experience just a quick drive away from my apartment downtown. We started our day with all-morning rides at Nickelodeon Universe ...
