I was scared to wear sleeveless tops. My first day of freshman year I took a leap of faith and wore a tank top...and was self-conscious the whole day. It is so ridiculous how hard we are on ourselves. Why is there a need to pick apart our body? Clearly I got over my silly notion that everyone would be looking at me with my tank top and thinking how fat my arms are. I have slowly learned...
