Shirt: c/o Chicnova ( similar ) ( similar ), Skirt: ASOS , Shoes: ShoeMint "Andee" ( similar ), Necklace: J.Crew Factory on sale! I feel like powder blue was the "it" color of spring. It really is a pretty shade so I decided to look for skirt options. I found this one on ASOS and fell in love. I just didn't love the price. I took a chance to wait for a sale and sadly, my size was sold out! But I kept checking back and my size came back in stock AND it was still on sale! I love the tulip shape of this skirt.
