Striped Bows on Spring Serenade

Hello Lovelies! At long last, the cold had packed its bags and gone home, wherever home for cold is. I couldn't be happier! Shorts, the beach, being tan, working at camp; its finally starting to look like summer! Or rather late spring. And to commemorate this great occasion, I broke out the white shorts (yes, I am wearing white before Easter) and striped, short-sleeved peplum. Woo-hoo!
