 Fit and Healthy Week 6 RecapWell, I didn't lose any weight this past week. I didn't gain any either so that is a plus. I think this next week I am going to step up my workouts a bit. As I mentioned before, I have both T25 and PIYO. For the next 8 weeks I plan on doing 3 workouts from each program for a total of 6 workouts. I really have been enjoying the PIYO workouts and now that Adison is 3 months old I feel like I am ready to give T25 a go again. I tried it once 6 weeks after she was born and new immediately that my body just wasn't ready for the high impact style of T25.
