A city that's rumoured to never sleep, somehow still has that tranquil moment early in the AM, and when it just before 8am starts to wake up, it is just perfect to have a sit while everything is rushing by. I had a lovely morning the other day with my lovely friend Isabella - such an amazing girl - having a morning coffee and chat in Bethnal Green. I truly wish I could start every day like this.
