I have been obsessing over a particular skirt from Shabby Apple and the way they styled it in their on-line catalog for the past month or so. However, I couldn't seem to find the $95 in my budget to purchase said skirt, so I needed to look for a more affordable option. This is what I came up with to copy that look.
