August is over but summer isn't, at least not technically... I don't care what anyone says but I am still feeling the summer heat in the OC . So less is definitely more. Like this Noa Elle dress that provides the right amount of coverage to let just the right amount of breeze come through. What I really like, though, is how it's off-the-shoulder which is one of the popular fashion trends going on right now.
