White After Labor Day | Call Me Captain Obvious
It used to be a rule. Maybe it's still a rule. But after some pontification with friends, I've concluded fashion no longer seems to have any rules. Either way, it's an oft discussed topic; that of wearing white after Labor Day. In my humble and itty bitty opinion, it's a dumb rule. Why can't I wear white?! I can wear ivory for the holidays? And don't they even call it "winter white"? I know that's a thing. No matter, white will work in my winter wardrobe. And before we get to winter (thank goodness it's not here yet, I am entirely unprepared mentally and emotionally for the cold weather), I gave my whites another go-round.
