Outfit Idea | Blouse Over Dress

This outfit was inspired by my 5-year-old.  She picks out her own clothes for school everyday and wore a top over one of her dresses.  I’ve worn dresses as skirts before, but hadn’t even thought about it until I saw what she was wearing.  My little fashionista.
