Autumn walk

Apparently we just enjoyed the driest September on record and October so far has been none too shoddy round our parts, with beautifully sunny blue-sky days.  I do love autumn in Scotland - the changing colours are lovely and the scenery really is world-class. A couple of weeks ago, White Stuff very kindly sent me a box of goodies to help with the transition from summer to autumn dressing. Inside I found lots of cosy knitwear  and…a pair of bird print wellies . As someone who hasn’t worn wellies since my school days I was a bit sceptical about them, despite the cute print. However, after trying them out on country paths I’m sold!...
