Two-piece - Oh Polly * Jacket - River Island, via Very* Shoes - Missguided* Lips - MAC, Pink Nouveau Wow, Autumn has really hit us.. hasn't it?! I'll admit, I'm not quite ready to pack away my summer clothes and sandals, but I think I might just have to.
