We stayed in the beautiful Walnut Canyon Cabins, where there were chickens, goats, a pony, donkey, and one very friendly dog named Gemma who practically moved in with us for the weekend. After spending Saturday morning hiking Enchanted Rock (and realizing how out of shape I am!), we shopped and ate our weight in schnitzel in historic Fredericksburg, one of my favorite towns...
