Thank-you all for your very kind and heartfelt comments on my last post - it means a lot. As I type this, I am pondering what to pack in my suitcase to travel back to Winnipeg this weekend to spend some time with my family. It's been a long time since I've experienced a Winnipeg winter and, frankly, well, I was never built for cold. After so long away, I may actually freeze to death.
