Happy New Year, my dear friends!
What are you doing on the 1st day of 2015? Red Bear has been on his iPad games a lot, and Bob is still enjoying his college football games. Me? After a lot of food and happiness during our last road trip, I really need to get back to my exercise routine, and actually, I just came back from a very nice hot yoga practice. Seriously, I already felt my body got weaker and heavier during our one-week road trip and its “out-of-control” food and laziness!
