I have to admit that this shopping freeze has been a lot more fun that I anticipated (words I never thought I'd hear myself say). I have a new-found sense of clarity & feel as if I'm looking at my wardrobe with a fresh pair of eyes. At the beginning of the month, I decided to issue myself a style challenge - once a week, I have to put together an outfit comprised of pieces that I've owned for a year or more (excluding accessories). It has forced me think about pairings differently and it's really helped me cycle through ALL of my closet, not just my recent purchases.
