Hello again. It’s been quite a crazy few months, hasn’t it?
It feels pretty dismal in our world right now, and with the upcoming Election, I hope that you are carving out some time to take care of yourself and find some micro-joys in the midst of all the chaos. I think that staying informed is important, but I also believe that you need to do what you can to protect your mental and emotional health, especially during trying times (like this whole year).
