I’ve had a few setbacks this week, hence this post (and link up) is a day late. On top of atrocious weather I’ve injured my knee and it was really sore yesterday so I had to rest it. I’m waiting on the results of an x-ray, but I’m guessing it’s soft tissue damage. I’m hoping it’s not arthritis that’s for sure! I tried using a knee support but it felt like my blood supply was being cut off!
