The Thrifty Six are Vested!

This is the last Thrifty Six challenge of 2025…the year has gone so quickly! Sally chose the theme of Vested to see the year out. My immediate thoughts were of sleeveless T-shirts or the crochet vests that I’ve featured here before. But the term vest means different things depending on where you are in the world. So I decided to style what we’d call a waistcoat in the UK, but would be called a vest in the US. (We are an international group of bloggers.) I have worn it before in summer as a top for a previous Thrifty Six challenge. But it works equally as well as a layering piece for the colder months.
