My winter workout routine. This is it, right here. Just me and my shovel named Sunshine doing the snow shovel shuffle. I have done it almost every morning this month and I can feel it in every muscle. Some days, I have shoveled 3-4 times though the course of the day just keep up with it. When the snow piles get too high to toss the snow on top, that’s when the snow shovel shuffle kicks in. Squat, scoop, stand, and shuffle the snow one shovel full at a time to a different location. I will never understand why we use the term “snow removal” when there is no removing. It is just moving the snow from one spot to another until there is nowhere left to go...
